AI-driven Talent Acquisition Software Hits Marketplace

KNOXX® launches Alyss Analytics technology that uses artificial intelligence to quantify job applicant soft skills.

WICHITA, Kan. (April 16, 2018) – Local career networking platform and e2e Accelerator alum KNOXX announces the release of Alyss Analytics (www.AlyssAnalytics.com), an AI-powered software program that can measure the soft skills of job applicants recorded through video. The product will be officially launched in late April at Collision 2018 in New Orleans, LA. Collision has been described as "America's fastest growing tech conference” as it brings together executives from Fortune 500 companies, innovative startups, and world-renowned speakers. Alyss Analytics was one of only 700 startups worldwide to be accepted into Collision’s ALPHA program and was selected as one of 70 companies accepted into Collision’s PITCH competition.

How Alyss Works

Director of Strategic Partnerships Taylor Stevenson says, “Alyss is one of the first AI-driven technologies to evaluate soft-skills using the video medium. Allowing companies to get comparative soft-skills analysis in the pre-screen will lead to better, faster hiring decisions. The ability to get a comprehensive soft-skills analysis of an entire candidate pool will fundamentally change the way HR managers and executives spend their time.”

According to Jason Toevs, VP of Technology, “With the release of our new AI product, Alyss, I am very excited for our opportunity to disrupt an entire industry. Connecting with our early partners has been a joy and we can’t wait to see how they are able to leverage Alyss to grow their businesses and connect with the best candidates for their own needs.”

Stevenson adds, “We're excited to be representing Wichita's entrepreneurial community at Collision.  We want the world to know that unique, innovative, and disruptive companies are being built in the heart of the Midwest. Collision will provide us with the exposure we need as we launch our product and the opportunities provided to us by the ALPHA program will be invaluable as we move forward.”

Collision Conference

Founder and CEO Mike Mathia agrees, saying, “Being 100% funded and built right here, Alyss is a great example of the impactful innovation that is emerging from Wichita. At Collision, we are proud to be carrying the Wichita flag demonstrating the collective energy, creativity, and innovation that exists here in our City.”

Collision expects upward of 25,000 guests from 5,600 companies across 120 countries to attend.
